Basic Description

This research group produces scientific papers focusing on the theme of urban law and its evolution in line with environmental law institutes. The surveys are aimed at the study of the right to the city, the social function of property, the City Statute, master plans, the Metropolis Statute, integrated urban development plans and sectorial policy plans.
