Environmental and Social Sustainability Law and Policy (Master’s Course)

It applies concepts and analyzes to Environmental Law in Cities, with an emphasis on regional issues, dealing with urbanization and sustainability in the Baixada Santista Metropolitan Region, based on qualified studies on the subject of law, public policies and social and environmental sustainability, from the perspective of interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity of this area of ​​knowledge.

International Environmental Law (PhD Course)

It is structured in a legal system with an inter- and multidisciplinary vocation aimed at regulating the relations of coexistence, cooperation and interdependence, institutionalized or not, between the various international actors, whose objective is international protection of the environment and the achievement of sustainable development, in a perspective of global governance.
